GSA Management Group Inc. has provided high quality and timely residential appraisals to New England’s real estate community since 1988. With over 32 years of business experience, the founder of the company, Anthony Grasso, has turned Grasso Appraisal Services, Inc. over to Ryan Grasso and Rob Silverman to navigate the company through the 21st century. As they continue the strong traditions of quality, service, and professionalism started by Anthony, Ryan & Rob look to excel throughout the various industry changes in policy, direction and technology.
As a Residential appraisal firm, GSA Management Group Inc. has continually upgraded its state-of the-art technology and expanded it’s staff of employees and appraisers to over 20, increasing coverage and local competency. There are full time customer service and support staff that provide prompt and accurate responses to our customer’s needs. Whether a local bank, national lender, local broker, real estate attorney or private home owner, we have the experience to handle your residential appraisal needs.

RYAN GRASSO
As Vice President for GSA Management Group Inc., Ryan carries on the family tradition of excellent customer service mixed with a full understanding of all the business aspects required to run a successful appraisal company. Ryan has managed the front office operations, visited with clients, and maintained a growing appraisal business throughout the changing industry demands. Ryan is a graduate of University of Vermont and worked in the family business for years prior to branching out with his own insurance inspection company, Prime Valuation Services, Inc. and as owner/operator of a local building company, Prime Builders, LLC.
ROB SILVERMAN
As President and Supervisory Appraiser at GSA Management Group Inc., Rob has spent his professional career working with the Grasso family, first in the front office in 1992, then as an independent appraiser in the field and finally coming aboard to direct the appraisal side of the company in 2003. He has developed a strong and independent appraisal culture at the company by building relationships with appraiser of all experience levels and allowing them to do their work free from distraction. Client contact and solving any number of appraisal issues has become a specialty. After completing his education at Syracuse University, Rob worked to become a Certified Residential appraiser and also holds a Construction Supervisor License in Massachusetts.
CAROLINE SOUZA
The front office at GSA Management Group Inc. is run by Caroline. All contact with the company typically starts with her at the front office desk. Caroline manages all incoming and outgoing data, along with status updates and special issues; she is the operational hub of the company.
